In 2019, Dishaa Creative Dance Group was invited to represent India at the Qatar–India Year of Culture, an international initiative hosted by the Embassy of India in Doha and supported by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.

Performed at iconic venues including the St. Regis Hotel Ballroom and the DPS–MIS Auditorium, the productions brought together the rich vocabulary of Indian classical, folk, and contemporary dance. With vibrant costumes, live musical elements, and evocative storytelling, our ensemble offered global audiences a tapestry of rhythm, spirituality, and modern stagecraft.

The performances were celebrated for their elegance, dynamism, and cultural resonance, drawing praise from dignitaries, diplomats, and international media. As part of this landmark diplomatic initiative, Dishaa Creative Dance Group stood as a cultural emissary of India, weaving movement and tradition into a dialogue of friendship between nations.
